Wow - this was not what I was expecting- although on paper it was a simple job, Paul used a great deal of expertise, including laser technology. The end result is absolutely fantastic - Paul doesn't really need the ratings as he could easily fill up the next ten years with Big Projects - but it is the care in the small things that counts, plus Paul asked for less than originally quoted. I have only used Rated People twice and both times have had an excellent experience.

I've been in the building trade for most of my working live I specialise in all types of plastering and good experiences with tilling,many years of site work but decided to change direction,I like to aim for customer satisfaction I'm also handy with interior painting and floor services.
Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.

The paving slab steps leading to our front door needed urgently replacing. Then we identified that the supporting brickwork wasn't in great condition. Dajland made the supporting structure secure and removed and replaced all our slabs, including doing a tricky cutout. Communication was great and the cost was very reasonable. The biggest thing I can praise is Dajland's attention to detail. He works carefully, methodically but also very quickly. A genuine professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. Leroy and his team did an amazing job painting a large bedroom and laying flooring in our hallway in just 4–5 days. The hallway floor was very uneven, and a previous carpenter had struggled with it. Leroy and his brother had to undo that work, level the floor, and install the new flooring from scratch. They handled it all with great skill and professionalism. The finish is flawless—we're really happy and would highly recommend them.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed.
