Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Tony contacted me quickly after I advertised the job . Came to my flat the following day and looked at what needed doing after previous decorators did a bad job so needed re doing . Quote from Tony was received via email later that afternoon which was very reasonable and we agreed a start date .
