George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Jason was able to do the work within the required timescale and he kept me informed of what needed doing, with 'before' and 'after' photos. These were needed for warranty purposes. His quote was competitive. Some parts of the work required clever solutions to resolve, also saving time but not quality. I am very pleased with the outcome.
