A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice. I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!
