We are very happy with our job, Min came on time every day, he doesn't rush anything and does the job properly, he doesn't cut corners.. Very trustworthy, we left him a key when needed and let him crack on. Polite and very positive towards his work, nothing was a problem. We are very happy.

He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
