We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. They provided a competitive quote and were available to undertake the work quickly to suit our needs. They worked at a steady pace with a focus on doing it right rather than doing it quickly. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. I do painting,decorating and plastering .I am always dedicated to what I do and have never gotten a bad review . I live in Thorton Heath and have a lot of experience working in people 's houses. I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
