We are very pleased with the work carried out by R and J Lubbock. Richard and Dean installed internal wall insulation in a couple of rooms in our house. DB Building Conservation specialises in the use of lime plasters for the repair of listed and period buildings. We are period property experts. We have extensive experience of lime plastering, render and traditional materials such as lath and plaster and wattle and daub. We also undertake repointing and wall repairs with flint and clunch. I have an MSc in Building Conservation and can advise on many aspects of the care and renewal of traditional buildings whether listed or not. Issues such as damp and insulation in old properties are a speciality. We can also recommend and liaise with other tradespeople who are qualified to repair historic timber, brick and stone. We have a detailed knowledge of regulations as they apply to Listed Buildings and have long experience of guiding owners through the process of obtaining listed building consent. We can prepare documents such as Heritage Statements and repair specs to support applications to alter or repair period properties.
Dan did such a great job with our 17th century lime wall. Painstakingly removing the modern repair without damaging the surrounding plaster and then re-lathing and finishing with lime plaster. You can hardly see where the repair is even though we didn't skim the whole wall to preserve wall paintings. Very clean and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, highly recommended.

I supply and install carpets,vinyl flooring,luxury vinyl tiles,non slip flooring,sisal,seagrass,and other natural flooring and artificial grass. I source discontinued roll stock,roll ends and aged stock direct from the manufacturers which I buy at clearance prices and then pass the discount on to the customer. I carry out work for several letting agents in Norfolk who purchase clearance roll stock and roll ends from me. I provide specialist installation of natural products such as sisal and seagrass. I will also provide a fitting only service to customers that have purchased their own carpets and flooring. I have been in business since 1998 and have been FITA trained in all aspects of carpets and flooring. I guarantee all my fitting work for the lifetime of the carpet or flooring.
