Absolutely brilliant. Sergan and his colleague were two of the best tradesmen I’ve had the pleasure to find. From removing lining paper to skim coating the chimney breast and recess, they were very professional, took real care over their work and cleaned up afterwards. The result is excellent. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
