Great company, prompt for giving a quote and getting the work booked in. More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. Excellent communication discussing my job to replace 8 internal doors including a full description of how he would complete the work. Helped me with decision making on type of handles and choice of one part-glazed door, and answered all questions. Job took 2 days, Harry was on time, courteous and industrious. He was respectful of my home and tried to keep any mess to a minimum. I was very pleased with the result, the new doors look great. He took the old doors away for disposal. Highly recommended.

Howard is a lovely man. Chatty, works full days. Gave a competitive quote. However the quality of his finish was not up to the standard I was expecting. Paint in a lot of places it shouldn't have been. Poor edging and he had to return to completely repaint two walls.

Dom came round to quote very promptly, then was able to fit in the work around our availability. He turned up a little later than he wanted in the morning as he needed to finish off a previous job but constantly kept me informed. He put in a long day to ensure he finish the job in 1 day. He prepared the area well, lots of prep to protect the carpets and his work area. Overall an extremely polite capable tradesman, a pleasure to work with. His work is excellent, we're very pleased with the outcome.
