Disappointing Experience The initial response was quick, but the job description and photos weren't thoroughly reviewed. Although the job was completed, the leak returned within days. Despite attempts, there's been no response to finish the job. We'll now have to pay another company, meaning our initial payment was wasted.

Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Do not use Jay, paid him half and then he didn’t finish the job and went awol leaving my downstairs bathroom in a right state, packing out gaps with bits of wood, lots of mastic use, toilet cistern not bolted to the wall, boxing in was not cut straight, he spray painted but that was uneven and he managed to get my hall walls too, now having to rip out everything he has done to start again.
