Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work
