Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

Within 2hrs of starting, asked for payment. 3.5 hrs later, Dust everywhere, gave them £250 to keep them happy, they left with just laying the tray. 9pm started getting threatening calls from workers telling me to come to door as he’s outside waiting for payment! Several calls later… I called police! No one around my mother’s house! Now we’re £250 down. Don’t use this Company.
