The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. We value our customers and offering our best service as well as reliability and trust is our highest priority. We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camera as well as all drainage issues, we have high pressured waters jetters. We also offer 24hour emergency call out.
Jobs is done for a landlord , but these guys did not keep their word in giving the price before conducting the job, they afterwards pressured me to pay a large sum of money, way more than the job is worth. They also promised to send pictures of completed job, but failed to do so. Keep away, for your piece of mind!

There is only one word to describe Sydney and that is ‘ amazing’. From the start he took time to discuss what we wanted from the design to creating an en suite and refurbished our existing bathroom. He is very hard working and some days put in a lot of hours , he is professional, honest and reliable and did a great job paying particular attention to detail.
