The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
