Misleading prices. Quoted £62.50 for half an hour, BUT wasn't clearly explained min. Charge for £150. Won't be using rated people or these plumbers again. Poor customer practice.

Can not recommend highly enough. I had a few quotes so know Gareth's pricing was good. He came, he diagnosed, he conquered what was a tricky new boiler installation. Amazing communication. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
