Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

I have recently moved to the area of woodville, I have worked as a sole trader for 2 years but have worked in the plumbing industry for 7 years. Gary did a great job mending the drain. He was reliable, keeping to the times arranged and working in really cold conditions until everything was finished and tidied up. He kept me informed of what needed doing, even showing me the photographic images of all the damage that had been done by tree roots. Competitive quote given promptly after his initial visit. Handyman with over 10 years experience and own my own building company ZN builders. Maintenance man by trade and have plumbing qualification. Can do everything from bathroom to flooring, decorating to extensions.
He is a pleasant, keen and skilful handyman but he is not an experienced or qualified gardener. He cut my hedge very nicely and was willing to do anything I asked but I did not feel that I could confidently leave my plants in his hands and that he would know when to do whatever was needed. I am not sure but I think that he prefers handyman work to gardening.
Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
