I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! All in money well spent & we shall use Dean again without hesitation.

1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Left my property after 10 minutes. Then demanded I pay £80 call out charge, in spite of having done absolutely nothing and arriving 90 mins late. STAY AWAY from Electro Flame.
