I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

Gary did a great job mending the drain. He was reliable, keeping to the times arranged and working in really cold conditions until everything was finished and tidied up. He kept me informed of what needed doing, even showing me the photographic images of all the damage that had been done by tree roots. Competitive quote given promptly after his initial visit. Extremely Disappointed – Overcharged and Poor quality of work. I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Not only was I significantly overcharged for it, but the quality of the work was shockingly poor. The leak that he fixed appeared again after 1 week when called back I was given a quote of another £150 just to come over to identify issue I ended up having to bring in another professional to look into it and he confirmed the issue was the same, due to poor quality of work this happened agai
