We are really pleased with the work CIS roofing did on our garage roof and it now looks super smart. Two doors were added as requested and they look amazing. The job wasnt an easy one as the double garage was in a poor state of repair with rotten beams and broken bricks which needed replacing. Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
Chris offered a quote and completed the job on the same day, he was efficient, prompt and friendly. I would have no hesitation employing him again.

Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned

Complete mess up. Ok with some work but regards to a tiler then stay away. Would not have hired if we knew the poor workmanship. Asked for payments up front and also broke items that he installed and would not accept the damage. Price was agreed on a 5 day works and when he left with only 1/3rd of the bathroom done it was running into 14. We had to ask him to leave as the smell of drink was awful. Not only that but we have had to get the bathroom ripped out as non of it was compliant. Thanks Hue.
