Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

Excellent descriptive estimate with photographs. Turned up on time to carry out work, as agreed. Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend.

Zak and his team were very efficient , arrived at agreed time and promptly for re pointing the ridge tiles, that needed work asap. They were very professional. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. The guys arrived promptly and did the job with no fuss using good old fashioned hard work. No messy stump grinder. They completed the work in less time than expected and instead of just leaving helped me move 2 tons of ballast! They left everything tidy and were extremely courteous. Would use again no hesitation!
