Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Darren was quick in reaching out and coming to my house to give me a quote. He popped back a few days later and carried out the work with no issues. He provided photos of the job in progress and then once complete. Very happy with the work and very happy with his price too. Would definitely use Darren again

andy was very understanding, came to do the job and found a jackdaws nest in the chimney, had to come back three times before they had flown before he could do the work. did a great job and even did a bit extra and didnt charge anymore would recommend

Steve sent a text message to say he was unable to quote for the work as he was starting a new job. Unfortunately this came several days after he had arranged to come to our house and price up the work. I am therefore unable to comment on his work.
Brian did an excellent job. He kept in touch via email throughout and made the effort to come back to paint the gate he had fitted, a few weeks after the job was completed.
Chris did an excellent job fixing the pointing and brickwork on my house, he was friendly, reliable and did the work for a very good price. He also helped diagnose a water ingress problem at no extra charge. I would highly recommend him.
