Good work but slight delay

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.
We are Building and Landscaping company localised in the village of Stock. On every job the customer is spoken to every day about what has been done that day and kept re-assured as we understand the larger jobs can become overwhelming for the customer.
Very professional outfit.Every member of the team took pride in what they did and did the work to the highest standard. Always turned up on time- I was always informed the day before any change. There were hitches - delay in delivery of bricks from the continent- but I was very well kept informed. There was a problem with one item that hadn’t been added to the castings and Scott offered to share the additional cost 50/50- that was very fair. Quality outfit,would use again.
My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I also have a large labour resource to carry out even the bigger jobs.

Ciprian's team did an excellent job for my internal room division work for a very reasonable price. They covered my belongings with dust sheet and cleaned the site after. I would use them again and will recommend them for any similar building jobs.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. Dom contacted us to book when he could do the job and kept us up to date when he was delayed due to picking up supplies to start it. The 2 gates were hand made and were finished over the allotted time and on budget and we could not fault the workmanship.
