We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. Andrew contacted me almost immediately after posting my job. He arrived at the agreed time was nothing short of FANTASTIC! He fixed the problem with my boilers overflow pipe and left the area around the boiler spotless; he even fixed my toilet paper holder. I would have no problem in recommending Andrew to anyone.

Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Rhys and his team were very professional. They fitted for us a combi boiler - with new gas pipes being required. They we punctual, polite and friendly. Every evening they made sure everything was cleaned up and the house didn't feel unlivable like it sometimes does when getting work done. I would highly reccomend them and will use them again.

Sean has done an excellent job in replacing my combi-boiler. He responded very promptly to my request for an estimate which was by far the fairest out of 4 local tradesmen. He's a pleasant, polite young man and a VERY hard worker--didn't even stop to drink his cups of tea !! I am recommending him to all my friends.
