This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it.
