We highly recommend Vincent. He came out the same day he got in touch to have a look at what needed doing (knocking through between kitchen and living room, RSJ, blocking up/creating doors to other rooms), and we received the quote the next day as promised. The quote was very reasonable and included a full breakdown and labour and materials. Any questions were answered professionally and honestly. We have a damp issue, so Vincent raised our air brick for no extra cost. Work completed quickly, very happy.
We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Responded quickly to enquiry and provided an acceptable quote. Undertook the work speedily but unfortunately damaged the electric wire serving sockets in the garage, which they undertook to repair. However their electrician failed to turn up to do the work meaning we had to arrange. Their final cleaning up was very poor.
