I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. Had minor roof, soffit & fascia repairs done plus rainwater pipes cleaned out. Quality of work was ok, however their pricing quotations were at a silly high level. Watch out for the upsell, I was quoted £20K for a new roof!
