We are a builders who carry out loft conversion and extensions along with all types of building work, we take no deposit, we send you to our last job we have completed, so you speak to customer. We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.
If only all tradesmen were like Norman and his team. He turned up when he said he would and kept me in the loop with what he was planning to do and what his team were doing. His team is made up of friendly guys and they've done a great job!

Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Colin of CB Roofing carried out a really excellent repair on my roof as water was coming through the bedroom ceiling. He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair.
