I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance. Sam Roberts was extremely curteous and very professional. He recently carried out an electrical installations condition check at one of our properties. As a result of the check, some work was needed. He did this work very efficiently and for a reasonable price. His van broke down on first assigned day of the work. He let me know of this very early on the day and he was very apologatic about it. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
