Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. After an initial very swift reply and quote that was hundreds of pounds less than others there was an initial visit followed by weeks of no contact. After chasing there was another visit and then 3 months of no replying to messages. Suspect he quoted too low but a massive waste of time.
