Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.
