He came out the same day he got in touch to have a look at what needed doing (knocking through between kitchen and living room, RSJ, blocking up/creating doors to other rooms), and we received the quote the next day as promised. The adjustment blended seamlessly with the original kitchen cabinets, maintaining the overall look of the kitchen.
