First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
We are limited company ,running 5 years. Our team are included professional electric, plumber and designer. We are doing loft conversation, extension and decorations!!!

He did a fantastic job fitting my wardrobes —the finish was exactly what I was hoping for and they looked amazing! Not only was he efficient and thorough, but he was also extremely tidy, leaving everything spotless once the job was done. I was especially impressed that he came 3 hours early to accommodate the early delivery of the wardrobes. That level of flexibility and dedication is rare and very much appreciated. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING.
