I booked in these guys to replace a slipped tile. I took a day off work to be home on the alotted day and turned down other quotes. They confirmed they would attend when I asked to double check.. Then they stopped replying to messages and they didn't show up on the day. I called and was brushed off with excuses, but they gave no offer of a new time or any further communication. Pathetic service. Would give only 1 star but I can't comment on roofing skills but with their attitude I expect they are not good.

James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. Caleb and his team have been great - they completed both the initial and additional work in a timely manner for us. They are a friendly, polite team who I would use again.

Great team of guys. Very professional. Did a very good job repairing our roof which turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated and therefore a lot more expensive. However did feel pressurised to agree to the extended work. Negative feedback on this job- a week on from completion l still have the scaffolding erected despite promises to remove it promptly.
