I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

Had 2 cctv cameras fitted by this company, Mike contacted me and arranged to call to see what I required, listened, and advised, and was very helpful, gave a price , and arranged a day to fit, turned up on time, and explained what he was going to do, really nice fella, and very pleased with my camera,s, would highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble, a very happy customer. Tony got in touch to price the job very quickly and I was happy with the quote. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great. The work was completed to a really nigh standard and I have asked for info on potential bigger job as I was very happy overall. Would definitely recommend

We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. I would use them again and have already recommended them to my brother in law.,

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
