We’re a small company based in the cardiff area, 20 years experience in the electrical industry. We take pride in what we do and offer a wide selection of services in electrical installations.
Kurtis did a good job (although we had to repeatedly chase work cert) and so invited him for further work Dec 2024. Again work excellent but an outside PIR light he fitted failed to work correctly. In spite of numerous texts to him re the faulty light and again lack of cert he has failed to repair it and simply ignores further contact. All very well doing good work and appearing to be a nice guy but follow up is appalling. Will never use him again, not trustworthy. Don't trust that he will return to correct

Also did a great job of keeping the flat as clean as he could given the walls and ceilings all had that "black mortar" and was pleasantly surprised with the absence of memes on completion. DSL were prompt with a quotation, gave an excellent price and completed the job within a few hours. We haven't had any teething problems since our alarm installation. Darren and his guys working for him were professional, courteous and extremely good value for money. I would definitely have then back to complete other jobs for us in the future as they provide a very varied service, not just alarms.
Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
