Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. We had to hire another contractor and also compensate the tenants. A refund was refused.

The work completely was of a very high standard with immaculate attention to details. Jerry was punctual from the survey stage to the end of the work. He sorted little snags with the wall, separated the work area with a plastic sheet so the dust was minimised. After each day, my home was left clean and the job was progressing well. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along.
