If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

I hired Dream Renovations (Patryk) to fit vinyl plank flooring in my shower room. Great job: quick and tidy. Following that I hired him to repair a collapsed ceiling. He turned up when he said he would, and did a great job: plasterboard, plastered, and painted. Robbie did a fantastic job to prepare my roof for winter. He inspected and cleaned gutters, fixed broken and missing tiles and also removed dangerously wobbly chimney pot from unused chimney. He also secured all remaining chimney pots to prevent birds getting in. All for a great price! He always showed up on time and left the place tidy. Communication with Robbie was easy over chat, phone and WhatsApp. I’ll definitely contact Robbie again when my roof needs another inspection and maintenance.
