Is very disrespectful and selfish to leave my garden like that, I have worked hard to save up money for him to take my kindness as weakness. I had a small bathroom fully refurbished including some work on the plumbing, tiling and fitting a shower, a toilet and a sink. The work was completed to a good standard. Some things were not up to scratch on the tiling, grout and silicone. However, Mario made sure all was rectified in the end. The work took longer than planned about a month but overall was all good. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.
