I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.

The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
