Dale has done a quality job of our natural stone paving....both the preparation and finishing were high quality. Dale's approach to the work is open, honest and flexible (we changed a couple of things late on...and this was no problem). We found Darren a very reliable, professional and hardworking tradesman. The job of removing an old damp Victorian floor and relaying with concrete ready for tiling, was completed in good time and within budget despite unexpected problems with the foundations. He salvaged as many old tiles as possible to reuse and he gave us good advice and information when necessary. The site was left clean and tidy and all materials removed. Altogether an excellent job. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Worked very hard on my garden clearing Hawthorne bushes and large bush and tree and trim down a very long grass and tidying up front which was also very overgrown ?
