I Could not rate Rick any higher. Fantastic job, very reasonable price and he was available on the phone even away on holiday when we had a further problem (nothing to do with him I might add) Very flexible on what time he would come over and overall very accommodating. I would not hesitate to use him again A+++++

Mr. Noel Duffy of sapphire home improvement was invited to give us a quote to fix our polycarbonate roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work very efficiently and in good time. He was very thorough, clean & courteous worker. We will not hesitate to contract him again. Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. He was also able to complete the work quickly and I am very pleased with the finished work so much so that I have asked him to quote for more work. An excellent choice!

David fitted carpets in both my lounge and bedroom and lino in my kitchen. I am a landlady and have moved away from my property in Exeter. Everything was arranged either by email or phone and David kept me very well informed throughout the project. His advice was invaluable and the finished result is excellent.
