Highly recommended !! 5 star rating given for an excellent transformation of my hallway, stairs and landing, which required all walls to be skimmed and sanded prior to paintwork due to the poor condition of the walls when paper was removed. Spyros always arrived before start time, would stay longer when necessary if in the middle of a specific part of the job, cleared away all debris each day, vacuumed thoroughly and kept me fully informed of the additional costs incurred (skim/sand). Cookie Construction rebuilt our old garden gate. They were quick to arrange a date, responsive to queries, arrived on time and completed the job to a very high quality, even re-using parts of the old gate to keep costs down and prevent waste. I would definitely hire again
