Mark was great at the outset - very responsive and keen to help, seemly went out of his way to get the job done and even saved us money in the process, I have unfortunately had to revise my rating down to two stars. Having completed the job and been paid upfront we were then completely let down by Mark who failed to come back and fix various snags including replacing the bathroom flooring which had not been fitted correctly. A lesson learnt by us to withhold full payment until satisfied with the job.

I am very disappointed with the service from Andrey’sRoofing The quality of workmanship was poor and far below what was promised. Issues included: cracks in the plastering after only 2 months of it being finished. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution. Communication was unprofessional when my husband and I were contacting him, at one point he hung up on us I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Hi I have been a carpenter for about 20 years or so. I have worked both in first fix carpentry which includes framing, sub floors etc to second fox which includes architraves, skirting, flooring and hanging doors. Of recent years l have worked a lot as a cabinet maker so l am quite versatile. No job is too small, l will even come and put together some flat pack furniture for you or simply hang a shelf as l do realise not anyone has the tools or knows someone that can do a small job for them. I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
