He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. We uncovered a bit of a mess where the old owner had a poor repair done and this was dealt with by Hawk amazingly. Quoted, told me not to worry, came and did the job within a week leaving an absolutely amazing finish. Definitely recommend and will use these again.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
