Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.

Did a good job, However an initially good quote quickly became not so good when I asked for a couple of quite small jobs added, also a couple of things they said needed doing. The price doubled.

He was so knowledgeable and friendly when I was asking for a quote. He promoted services I needed not what made him money. I wanted to keep budget low for an end of tenancy job and he did not hesitate to recommend me to hire local gardeners instead. Spending 15 minutes on the call helping me out and even offered to help if I struggled and wanted advice. HE IS PRECIOUS.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.
