Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.

So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden

James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
