You will also benefit from our trade discount. Communication is the key and our standards are high from start to finish. As an extra initiative we take pride in providing a free safety and security home check for the vulnerable and elderly. They arrived on time and did a good job overall. However, I was disappointed that the final charge was higher than the agreed fixed price, despite all the job details being provided upfront. The contractor was also invited to view the site before quoting, so the unexpected increase felt unfair
