Joseph carried out a bathroom refresh for me which I’m very happy with. His work was of good quality, he was communicative and gave advice on what might work well as we went through. Unfortunately we had to cancel our project for the time being so did not have a chance to see our project completed by Steven . Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.
