Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us.
