Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
